How do I purchase a product?
You can purchase our products online from our e-store or you can come and visit our stand at selected expos (to find out more about where we are exhibiting next, please follow our posts on social media or on our website)
To purchase our products online, is quite simple. View our collections, select the products you wish to purchase then indicate the size and quantity. Once you are ready to pay for your selected items, please click on Checkout and follow the steps.
Can I purchase a product via email / phone?
We only accept purchases made via our e-store. Purchases through our websites are 100% secure.
What should I do if an item I like is currently not on stock?
We indicate it on our website which products can be purchased on back order. Which means these products may not be currently on stock but we can order them for you from our international suppliers. Given the timelines for freight and custom processing it can take up to 21 working days to receive products on back order and then another few days to get it couriered to you. As soon as we dispatched your order you will receive notifications.
Is it safe to transact?
We are contracted to Virtual Card Services to ensure safe transacting, you can either pay by Credit Card or EFT. Debit card payments are treated as EFT.
Is it necessary to have an account in order to purchase a product?
You can either create a GS account or transact on our website as a guest. In the latter case, we will not save your details which usually is convenient for future purchases.
How do I return or exchange a product that I bought?
Items purchased from our e-store, may be returned or exchanged directly through our online store. Please see more details in our return & exchange policy.
Do I get a refund for items that were on sale?
Sales or promotion items are not refundable and returnable items.
How do I use Gift Vouchers?
You can only use e-vouchers issued by GreenSteps. You may enter the code received during the checkout process to redeem before making payment.
What are the delivery options?
Dawn Wing is our main courier service provider who delivers to most areas in South Africa. If your location falls outside of Dawn Wings coverage areas, we are still able to have your purchase delivered to you by the South African Postal Services.
How long does delivery usually takes?
Deliveries within the main cities will take up to 5-7 working days. For all other areas, please see our delivery policy in details.
How do I track my Order?
If your order is delivered to you via courier, then please go on to their website to track your order. Post Office deliveries can also be tracked on SAPO website.
