Delivery Policy

We focus a lot on making sure that you receive your order timely and in the same condition it was dispatched in. We have entrusted the safe delivery of your ordered goods with our reliable third-party courier and partner. We work close together to ensure the orders are collected and dispatched timeously.

Delivery Time and Fees

We use our third party courier partner to get your order delivered to your door step. Orders above R1600, will get delivered to you free of charge. Our courier service does their absolute best to deliver on time, however, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.

Delivery time refers to the time it takes for the courier to collect from us and deliver to you. Delivery cost depends on the destination of your parcels. Most parcels are dispatched within 1-2 working days following confirmation of payment, back orders take longer (up to 21 days). Please note that if your parcels need to be delivered in remote areas where the courier only goes to once a week, delivery can take up to 6-7 working days.
Please note that not all stocks are on stock and some are subject to back order period which is usually shown on each product page, therefore will be dispatched to you once we received them. If you have any enquiry, please drop us an email to so we can check stock availability.

Delivery Area

Deliveries which fall within Local area (Johannesburg and Pretoria) and Main Centres will be sent via door-to-door courier. Main Centres are the following areas: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth.
Deliveries that fall in outlying/remote areas or areas not serviced by our courier partner will be sent via the South African Post Office or Postnet depending on the cost.

As soon as your order is sent, we will send you a notification which includes a tracking / waybill number & phone number so that you can either track your parcel on line or call to follow up on your parcel / package.
If our courier service provider is unable to meet the estimated delivery time, neither them nor GreenSteps will be held liable for any losses, liabilities, charges, costs or damages as a result of late delivery.

When will the order be sent?
  • For Credit Card / Debit Card Payments:
    Once payment confirmation has been received by us, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
  • For Direct Bank Transfers (EFT):
    Once payment has reflected in our account, we will dispatch your order the next working day.
  • If your order is on a back order, then it can take up to 21 days for your product to be dispatched to your indicated address. However, we will try our utmost to send these orders out as soon as possible once your payment has been confirmed as per above guidelines.
